KEY: 3 is the third hole.
o means blow out
i means blow in
b means bend (one half-tone down)
bb means double bend (one full tone down)

(Bending is tricky. I'll put instructions on the net. Basically, you drop your jaw or tilt the harp down. This lowers the note down.) FOR MORE ON BENDING
